No. There's no minimum order on blank or embroidered caps, so you can order exactly the quantity you need.
EmbroideryHow long does embroidery take?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after sewout approval and payment. We stitch a real sample of your logo and send it for sign off before running full production.
AccountsHow do wholesale accounts work?
Apply for a wholesale account with your business details. Once our team reviews and approves your application, log in to see wholesale pricing and place orders online. Volume tiers mean your unit price drops as your order grows.
PaymentWhat payment methods do you accept?
We accept Interac transfer and major credit cards. Payment is due before production begins on embroidered orders.
ShippingDo you ship across Canada?
Yes, we ship nationwide from British Columbia. You can also choose free pickup at checkout: our Maple Ridge warehouse (Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm) or our Burnaby studio by Gilmore SkyTrain Station (by appointment).
ShippingHow is shipping charged?
You pay for your caps at checkout. Within 1 business day we email you the exact Purolator rate for your box size with a payment link, and your order ships as soon as it's paid.
